My name is Alice Moore, of Moore Business Services. I provide accountability support and project management to business owners and non-profits.
I decided to become a sponsor of Hills and Valleys Wellness (HVW) after reading and speaking to Tia about their mission and areas of focus. Funding allows Hills and Valleys Wellness (HVW) the opportunity to improve lives through issues like decreasing maternal mortality, decreased infant mortality, increased breastfeeding initiation, and increased breastfeeding longevity. There must be a dedicated collaboration between the nonprofit, small business, entrepreneurs, and corporate partners to lend itself towards the success of nonprofits.
Externally, we want to help be a part of the solution for our community of women of color.
Internally, we care about building the capacity of our nonprofit partners (HVW), enhancing their sustainability, and improving their ability to achieve their stated objectives. Not only do we plan on sponsorship, but accountability support as needed. Sharing and/or recommending resources and expertise that can help you mitigate challenges when they arise. We want to keep at the forefront of Moore Business Services, HVW's needs to continue to identify ways to improve and educate through Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum Support.
